User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9 Uninstalled FFx 0.8, and IE 6sp1 became my default browser again. I did a clean install of FFx 0.9, and asked it to become my default browser. It did so, but then every time I entered a URL into the Run box FFx would open and load the URL, but I had an error box pop up behind my FFx window saying: "Windows cannot find 'www.google.com'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search" I fixed this by going into My Computer\Tools\File Types, opening up the things I wanted to open in FFx (ie "URL: HyperText Transport Protocol"), opening the Advanced box, editing the action called "open" and deselecting the "Use DDE" box. I don't recall what the actual values were in the DDE boxes, but they specifically mentioned IExplore, so I just disabled them altogether. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: Actual Results: Firefox opens, loads URL, Windows error message in the background Expected Results: Firefox opens, loads URL, no errors. Windows XP, SP1, all updates. Clean install of Firefox 0.9, no profile imported.
