If I right click near the right edge of the screen or near the bottom, the
context menu appears off the screen, making it unusable.  In the prior version
the menu would shift to show the entire menu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  go to a web page and right click an image or link near the very right edge
of your screen.
2.  note the context menu displays partially off screen.
3.

Actual Results:  
the menu appeared off screen

Expected Results:  
the menu should have shifted to the left so the entire menu is visible.

I have the same issue when right click near the top of the screen the menu
appears off the screen.  It doesn't happen all of the time.  It happens in the
left hand top corner most of the time.  The page that it has happen to me on is
http://www.netscape.com, http://www.cnn.com, and http://www.foxnews.com.   The
thing that these 3 sites have in common is that all of them have a graphic file
in the upper left hand corner.  I have attached a jpg file that has the menu off
the screen -- screen capture is from http://www.netscape.com.

I have found that it also effects http://www.mozilla.org/start/.

I get this whenever I right click near the top of the screen - however not if I
click very near the top.  If I click high enough it shifts the menu onscreen. 
It seems to think the screen is bigger than it is...

confirming this bug: the context menu is partialy not visible over and under the
screen.

This is very problematic if you have some addons that have add things to the
context menu (in my menu are 37 entries!) - then the context menu is unusuable -
in 1024x768 too.
