Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a1) Gecko/20040520

After a certain number of tabs, the newest ones begin to disappear off the page.
They are overlapped by the X button, and become unreachable for clicking.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up 25 tabs in one window (tested on 800x600 resolution)
2. Look at X at right-hand side of tab bar
3. Hover mouse over X, move mouse off of X

Actual Results:
After 25 tabs, they began to disappear off the right side of the window, with
the overlapping X making them unreachable.

Expected Results:
Allowed all tabs to be viewable and clickable, or something else to handle a tab
limit.
