Details
We should disable SSLv2 by default in prefs for all Mozilla-based products. It
has been known to be a vulnerable protocol for years.
We have several related bugs open, for example bug 6532, bug 106604 and bug 127690.

IE seems to have SSL2 enabled by default, dunno about other browsers and products.

See bug 76162 and bug 236933.
Actually, this bug seems to be a duplicate of 236933.
Depends on: 76162
