248096 - Dowload manager display bad percent value if one of more files terminated

Here what I do.
1. Download OOo >60Mo
2. Download DicOOo < 100Ko
When DicOOo terminated download manager displays "39% of 2 files" even though
only one file was downloading and his progression was more than 50%.
I try "Clean up" bu nothing changes.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file
2. Download an other file that download faster as 1.
3. Take a look at download manager :)

Actual Results:  
See the URL.

Expected Results:  
DM should display something like "75% of 1 file"

It was a lot of terminated dowloads in dowload manager.

May be!! If we include that the account system not recognize dowloaded files and
continue to divide total amount with this wrong number.
