248110 - Buttons in save as dialog carry wrong icons

Everytime the "save link as" dialog is opened, the three buttons "go up",
"home", and "create new dir" carry the icons of "go up", "home", and "go up"
(this one is irritating) and there is another icon ("home", without button)
placed to the right of the "create new dir" button.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a web site with links,
2.Right-click any link,
3.Choose "save link as".

Actual Results:  
The dialog window contains buttons with wrong icons on them.

Expected Results:  
Show correct icons.

This also happens in version Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7)
Gecko/20040621 Firefox/0.9.0+
It was okay in Firefox 0.8
