When I print preview this page
(http://collegecatalog.uchicago.edu/programs/phys.shtml), the text and entire
body of the document is completely missing. Out of approximately ten pages that
should print, print preview shows two pages. Printing does exactly what the
print preview displays. The first page only has the header from the website, and
the second one is blank except for the headers and footers that are printed by
the browser. 

I am using Firefox 0.9/build 20040614

This bug is reproducable on all of my computers using this build. See for
yourselves. Unfortunately, I had to go to IE to print this website, which was a
bummer. I would have loved to scale down the website the way Firefox normally
lets me.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://collegecatalog.uchicago.edu/programs/phys.shtml
2. Wait for the page to load
3. Do a print preview, the content is missing.
4. Attempt to print, the content does not print.

Actual Results:  
No content is displayed in the print preview nor is printed.

Expected Results:  
The software should have displayed the entire document in the print preview,
allowed me to scale the text as usual, and printed the document as it appeared
in the print preview.

I've printed many pages with Firefox so far (it's been my primary browser since
0.6) and this is the first time I've come across something like this.

Confirming on branch nightly Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US;
rv:1.7) Gecko/20040620 Firefox/0.9.0+
I found that the offending code is 
<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times;"><br style="page-break-before:
always;" clear="all"></span> which is used more than one times in that page.
when such a break exists, the content afterwards isn't rendered.

Changed component to browser. Someone please tell me where all those FF/Suite
rendering bugs must go in order to avoid the obsolesence once FF becomes the
main development platform. At this stage, when a bug occurs in Mozilla Suite
*and* Firefox, component assgnment is confusing.

Not a regression it seems. I tested with 0.8 and it didn't work either.

How long do bugs like this usually take to fix? Also, I'm pretty experienced
with programming, but not with C++ or the Mozilla API and this bug inspired me
to contribute to Firefox. Where do I begin?

I suspect that, once you manage to understand the structure of the application
and compile it, it would be rather easy. I, for one, succeeded in the latter but
failed to deal with XPCOM ("terra incognita" for me). It was about Mozilla Suite
then. Now with Firefox it might be a bit easier, so I'll try again sometime in
the future.

It's the clear="all" that's causing the problem, not the "page-break-before".
