I am blocking images from host ad.se.doubleclick.net, still
I get to see an image which the following URL:

http://ad.se.doubleclick.net/click;h=v2|3133|0|0|%2a|y;8986372;0-0;0;6746000;1-468|60;5627755|5645651|1;;%3fhttp://www.klm.com/se_en/index.jsp?popup=no&content=http://www.klm.com/se_en/specials_offers/student/index.jsp

Right clicking the image gives me "Block Image from klm.com"
in the context menu.
