with mozilla on a 1280*1024 display on a mid-end box

now try to scroll up and down

the display lags like a sick f*ck at a laughable speed. now load the same pages
with konqueror who toys around with them like a breeze.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load the example pages
2. scroll up and down
3. if you're lucky mozilla won't crash !!
Actual Results:
sometimes it crashes mozilla otherwise it just lags the whole box

Expected Results:
display the pages fast like konqueror does
Summary: very slow display on webpages with background → very slow scrolling on webpages with background
can confirm the bug with Mozilla 2004062508 & WinXP.
You can work around this by putting '* {background-attachment: scroll
!important;}' in userContent.css.
