The idea is, if you are suscribed to a newsgroup that send you mails with some
subject like "[mynewsgroup].....", when Mailnew download the first one, it
[debería] show a dialog asking him or her if he or she want to create a filter
for that kind of mails. The filter would move its mails to a new folder named
like MyNewsgroup.
