Going into full-screen mode and into customize toolbar and out of it. Then back
to normal screen view and the File - Edit menu becomes unusable.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. F11 - full screen
2. Right-click in navigation toolbar and select customize. Then "OK" to go back.
3. F11 - back to normal screen view

Actual Results:  
File - Edit menu items are not usable. To get the menu items to work as before,
right-click in navigation toolbar and select customize. Then "OK" to go back.

Expected Results:  
The menu should have worked as usual.

This looks like a dup of bug 202978, so I'm marking it as such.  In any case the
root problem's probably the same anyways, so fixing that would almost certainly
automatically fix this.

I'm all but certain this bug's a duplicate.  However, reporter, if you're pretty
sure this bug's not the same issue, feel free to reopen this for further
consideration.
