The UI for managing (adding, deleting etc) categories in the pref panel is a
simple textbox, with values seprerated by comma's. This should be improved.
A listbox sounds like a natural way to do it.

Patch creates a listbox, and some buttons to manage it.
It isn't localizable yet, so not finished. Attaching for checkpointing.

Do we need buttons to move categories up and down the list?

Move up/down buttons are not needed, imo if we provide at least a way to sort
alphabetically (reverse and forward), by simple column headers that feature
should work.

Though keep in mind, any listbox is better than no listbox for now, we have no
sorting/or even easy viewing of what categories we have so far, most users don't
even know they can edit it so far ;-)

Now localizable.
There is no sort in the list, and it can't be sorted in the UI. yet. Let's not
try to do everything at once.

mvl can you please propagate the other locales with the changes in the en-US
dtd, just use the english text for now..

(/me uses en-US but doesnt want alot of complaints on the newsgroup ;-) )
