Steps to Reproduce:
1.It s enought to connct at the URL. All the vocals with accents do not work.
If I change the fonts by defect to the font of the page (charset=iso-8859-1).
The problem is the same.

Actual Results:  
It is very difficult to undertant what is in the page.

Expected Results:  
That fiefox detects the correct fonts and display the vocals with accents correctly

I have try many pages with this problem.

This page is encoded in UTF-8 but mozilla is told it is ISO-8859-1.  If you View
-> Charecter Encoding -> UTF-8 and it will work.
Moving to Layout:Fonts and text to see if mozilla should detect this.

HTTP headers say Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1
The page says <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=iso-8859-1" />
It also contains a "UTF-8 BOM", by the way, but I hope nobody is suggesting that
we give that priority over the HTTP headers.
