249401 - print only prints 3 pages when there should be 11 pages

Firefox prints the first two pages of the document, then prints the last page of
the document, skipping about 8 pages in between.  IE prints all 11 pages.  This
problem also shows up in print preview- it will only show the first two pages,
and then the last page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. File - Print Preview


Actual Results:  
firefox shows me a print preview of three pages- the first two pages and the
last page of the document.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should show me 11 pages of output, according to IE.
