The background-image of the div is an animated gif. When i revisit or reload the page the animation is not shown. Only the last frame of the gif.

The div with the id "content" has this background-image http://www.n-
try.de/img/plants.gif. But when it is in the browser cache the animation will
not be shown again. I recognized that i can press shift and reload, or print
f.E. a php timestamp after the image-source. But i think that this is not the
right way. I want the visitor to see the animation on every pageload. Please
excuse my bad english, greetings from germany.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit the page, pay attention to the animation, its short and only runs once
2. Reload or Revisit the Page, you will recognize that the animation will not
be shown again
3. Tell me what i can do, and if its a bug or a feature, please! :-)
Actual Results:
i tried to ask in some communities. Without succes
Expected Results:
show the animation again after reload or revisit.
