249445 - Dragging headers-only msg to remote IMAP folder loses ability to fetch message

Using the new-to-1.8 feature for downloading only the headers of POP mail:
A headers-only message can be dragged to any folder in the system.  If that 
folder is local/POP, it displays as in the original Inbox:  "Not downloaded ... 
click here to download rest..."

However, if the same message is dragged to an IMAP folder, the message is listed 
in the threadpane for that folder, but it loses the Download capability -- 
message is displayed as blank.  X-Mozilla-Status changes from 0401 to 0001.

I don't have an IMAP account to test this with, and don't have the time to set
up an IMAP server at the moment.

But at a guess, this is probably not a new problem. If you used the Disk Space
controls on Mozilla 1.7 to limit the size of downloaded messages (set it to 1K
for example) the Partial messages resulting from that should also have this
problem. Not sure that it matters, just noting that most of the behavior of the
headers-only feature is not New at all...

sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.
