Hi,

There are two bugs I found (I think) :

1. When installing two themes at near concurrent times.. (from the site.. 
   the javascript instruction to install the themes) the first one is 
   stopped... and I have to uninstall it.  

2. When I apply a theme the current page vanishes. Refresh doesn't work. I
   have to restart FireFox.




Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to themes
2. Go to themes again (new instance/window)
3. Click both (the second just a few sec. after the first)
4. View the themes window.
5. After any has finished downloading, apply it. 


Actual Results:  
After 5, The current page is gone.. refresh dosn't work.
The first theme was stopped.. need to uninstall it

Expected Results:  
After 5, the theme is applied, and the page is still there.. refresh should work.
the first theme must have been kept going.. or the second theme queued for
downloading.
