have you ever seen the tabbed panes of the Eclipse Java IDE?
I feel those tabs are much better than the current firefox tabs, so why not
learn from them!

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
- Just show each tab with its title
- when the mouse is rolled over a tab, it displays a close box on the right-hand
side of each pane
- this means that each tab has its separate close box

- the current close box (as of 0.9.1) which saits on the right side of the
window, outside of every pane, is too confusing and will be removed.
(scientific reason: no direct manipulation - the same widget closes different
tabs depending on the context/tab focus, and is not where you expect it. If each
pane has its own close box, you know exactly what you are doing).
