I tried multiple different timings, like 0.07 and whole numbers like 1 and 2, but it only seems to occur when it is timed at 0.02 seconds. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a gif timed at 0.02 seconds 2. Display in FireFox Actual Results: Displays too fast. Expected Results: Display at the correct time.
