Context menu "Back" should also be available when hovering over an image

Going "back" is probably one of the most common things users do. Since many web
sites have large or many graphics, it is annoying to have to find a "clear" area
where one can select "Back" in the context menu.

I would suggest to only include the "Back" item, and not "forward, reload and
stop" since these are rarely used during normal navigation, and these would make
the image context menus needlessly long.

This should be the case for all types of images, be they links or only an image
itself. I will attach some screenshots of the context menus I could identify
(there may be more).

Suggested criteria for including something in the context menu:
If a function is used often by many users (like "Back") or there
exists NO keyboard shortcut that is easily reached with only the left hand
(ALT+CursorLeft requires two hands), then it should likely be included in the
context menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow a link somewhere to a page that contains images.
2. Right-click on an image

Actual Results:  
No "Back" menu-item in the context menu.

Expected Results:  
There should be a "Back" menu-item in the context menu.

Although there are other instances where the comtext menu lacks a "Back" item
(e.g., form fields, text links), I believe this bug will solve the biggest
portion of the problem (large-surface unavailability of the "Back" function).
