Sometimes the close and maximize boxes in the theme dialog box are inactive on my OSX system. I've experienced this with both 0.9 and 0.9.1. This is a big problem since I am then unable to close the theme box in any way other than quitting Firefox.

On OS X 10.3.4, Firefox 20041014-branch I see this as well. When opening the Themes manager from Tools | Themes, the close box works as expected. However, when the manager is opened by the installation of a new theme, the close and maximize boxes are disabled. Reporter: a workaround is to hit the escape key when the themes manager has focus. That closes the window without quitting Firefox.
The patch for bug 246347 fixes this for me. Dup?
