250571 - Using "Replace all" option may cause spell checker to miss some misspelled words

If you use the "replace all" option to correct a misspelled word, the spell
checker will skip ahead to look for and replace all the misspelled words. Two
things could then happen; 1) The spellchecker will go back to look for
misspelled words that it skiped and finish the document correctly or 2)The
spellchecker will claim to be done even when there are still words misspelled.  

The example at http://www.cse.msu.edu/~colbrydi/Spelling_Bug_Example.html
demonstrates were the spell checker fails.  The file is simple and only contains
the following words:

"

enouph PIIIs dosn't thier oup baad worrd enouph survaillance cann't spelll
survaillance good words"

Open the page for editing on your local machine and hit the spell checker
button.  Use the "replace all" option to fix the misspelled words.  The spell
checker will only fix two words (enough and surveillance) before it stops.  The
spell checker will miss the rest of the misspelled words. An even simpler
example is as follows:

"

enouph worrd enouph "

In this example hitting the “replace all” button will fix the word “enouph -->
enough” but will miss the non-word “worrd"

This problem will only show up in the following cases.

- There cannot be a misspelled word after the last word corrected using "replace
all."  For example, if you add the non-word "globble" to the end of the file, it
will fix that word and then start back at the beginning again.  

- There needs to be at least a space after the last misspelled word.  There can
be more than a space as long as the rest of the words are correctly spelled.

- There needs to a <br> at the top of the document.  When I remove the <br> in
the html file the spellchecker works correctly.

I have also found the same problem occur when I am writing e-mail.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start a new e-mail or web page. 
2.Hit return to add a <br> at the beginning of the document
3.Write a letter using the same misspelling two times in the letter. In between
the two instances of the misspelled word, misspell a few other words. For
example, type "missspelled wordd missspelled ." (make sure to include the space
(or period) after the last word
5.Make sure all of the words after the last instance of the misspelled word are
correctly spelled.
6.Run the spell checker and use the "replace all" to fix the two instances of
the misspelled word.

Actual Results:  
The Spell checker will report being done even though it has not corrected the
misspelled words between the two instances of the same misspelling.  In the
reproduced example above the spell checker would have missed the non-word "wordd". 

Expected Results:  
The spell checker should have corrected all of the misspelled words. Ideally,
the correction progress should go in order from the top down and not skip any
words at all.

I have seen this same bug occur in the spell checker program.  However, I have
been doing most of my testing in composer.
