User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2

If I create a shortcut on my desktop to any website or try to enter a url into
the Address Bar on my task bar, I get "Windows cannot find
"http://www.weather.com/local/60544....(Or wherever I am going)". Make sure you
typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the
Start button, and then click Search."

Even though I get the error message, the web page still loads behind it. I click
Ok and everything is fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a shortcut to a website on desktop and attempt to go there
2. Enter a url in the address bar on the task bar and attempt to go there
3.

Actual Results:
I get the error message:
Windows cannot find "http://www.weather.com/local/60544....(Or wherever I am
going)". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search
for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.

Yet the page still opens

Expected Results:
No error message
