The ability to have specific URLs auto-refresh.

For myself the best place would be to add to the "group bookmark" for use with
TAB BROWSER.

Today I have a "group" bookmark.  Within the group I have several URLS.  It
would be nice to allow me to "turn on" an AUTO-REFRESH for that URL - and then
say "every 30 seconds" (I suppose a general default is sufficient at first but
the added customizable time would be a nice touch).

Then when I open the bookmark group all the tabs open up.  Then tab 1 will
auto-refresh in 30 seconds.  Tab 2 will NOT auto-refresh.  Tab 3 auto-refreshes
in 2 minutes etc etc

Also when I use tab browsing, it would be nice for me to RIGHT-CLICK a tab and
then turn on auto-refresh (have Auto-refresh Default; 30; 60; 120) where default
is any user defined amount.

** A generic catch all EVERYTHING auto refresh is NOT desirable.  There are
sites that just don't need that done - within the group folder.  

** Netcaptor for IE does this - but last time I checked they do AUTO-REFRESH
EVERYTHING and I found that to be troublesome.

** The key is to have specific tabs auto-refresh (at different intervals) and
NOT auto-refresh.

Bug 68944 speaks about auto-refresh for pages (not for tabs), but since every
tab contains a page, both bugs want the same in effect.
