Let's say you drag a URL to some location on your hard drive, creating a link to
the web site. If you double click the file on the hard drive, a new firefox
window will open up, with the appropriate web page, but there's also an error
that says "Windows cannot find '[URL]' Make sure you typed the name correctly,
and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, then click
Search."

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag a URL to the desktop
2.Double click the file that is created
3.

Actual Results:
The correct webpage opens, but also a dialog:
"Windows cannot find '[URL]' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then
try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, then click Search.

Expected Results:
Simply open the webpage with no error.
