There's a weird background image on the right side of the "Launch Mozilla
Firefox now", and it has existed for a while (I originally thought of it to be
some sort of weird looking effect -- but the background randomly changes). This
also shows up in the Thunderbird installer.

Checkbox has a weird background (looks like it's copied from the left bar thingy)

Expected Results:  
Normal checkbox background
