Jan 25 SeaMonkey doesn't update properly on selections in the Category pane of the Prefs window. Old selections are blanked out with a gray rectangle.
Matt, is this our bug? Should we even fix this by beta 1?

Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI component will be deleted.
