User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040608 Firefox/0.8.0+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040608 Firefox/0.8.0+ This seems to be a problem more easily identified on a slow connection, such as dial-up. While a page loads, if a user decides to click on a link that produced another window while the page is still loading, it will stop it from doing so, essentially forcing the user to wait until the page finishes loading before the user can click Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to slow-loading page with links to point to external windows (either a huge page or use a slow connection) 2. Click on said link Actual Results: The pop-up blocker blocked the resulting window Expected Results: The pop-up blocker should have allowed the user to view the requested window Can be worked-around by opening it in a new tab (right click > open link in new tab), or by any other method of redirection
