Details

nsPrefWindow.js has two copies in the tree. (and one in xpfe, but i'm not
counting that). one copy in browser, the other in mail. There are no significant
differences. If i want prefs for sunbird, i would have to copy again. bad.
There should be only one copy, in /toolkit.

nsPrefWindow.js doesn't exist anymore. preferences.xml is in toolkit, and now in
bug 285158 more files were moved to a shared location.
