crash if cancel a make account in Account Wizard.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a mozilla with Profile Manager
2. Make New profile.
3. Open a web page. (ex. this page )
4. click mailto: link. (ex. mailto:[e-mail] )
5. open a mail Compose window, and Account Wizard window.
6. click a cancel in Account Wizard, and click Exit.

Actual Results:  
crash a mozilla

Talkback did not come up.
But, dwwin.exe did come up.
