251040 - The default location of the Desktop folder is incorrect.

The default location of the Desktop folder is incorrect.  It seems to default to
using a subdirectory named 'desktop' of the current profile directory.  This
does not behave correctly if the user has changed the location of their Desktop
folder.   The correct location of the Desktop folder is kept in
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Desktop. 
Firefox should default to having this be the location of the desktop folder,
rather than guessing and creating the folder if it does not exist.
