Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 When double clicking an internet shortcut made by either IE (create shortcut) or the Firefox extensions Deskcut (http://deskcut.mozdev.org), the page loads fine but an error appears: "Cannot find the file '<insert file location.url>' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available." I'm not sure if this would count as a conversion issue because my dad has about 100 internet shortcuts made with IE & won't use Firefox because of this (he has about 1000+ bookmarks too-- these are for "quick access" ;)) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Double click internet shortcut. 2. 3. Actual Results: Error message. Page still loads correctly & it works fine if you drag it into FF (doesn't work using Open file loaction though, FF just writes the page in plain text) Expected Results: No error popup
