everytime i click on a link in Outlook 2003 i get 2 Firefox Windows. one with my
homepage (about:blank) and the other one with the page i want

On an other PC i get 1 Browser window and a question from Outlook where my
Browser is. (i have installed FF 0.9.1 with the installer)

Expected Results:  
There should be only 1 new Firefox window
