Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040715 Firefox/0.9.1+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040715 Firefox/0.9.1+

Warning dialogs generated by a secure site with an invalid certificate block all
browsing in any other FireFox instance until they are acknowledged.

The following dialogs produce this behaviour:
Server Certificate Expired
Website Certified by an Unknown Authority
Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load two instances of FireFox.
2. In one FF instance, access an HTTPS site with a certificate that produces one
of the warnings detailed above.
3. In the second FF instance, attempt to access any site.

Actual Results:
Second FF instance does not load any requested page until security dialogs on
first instance are cleared.

Expected Results:
Browsing activity should only be blocked in the instance displaying the warning
dialogs.
Modal dialogs? Looks like Bug 74331.
