Details
A few days ago ctrl+shift+c stopped doing its thing on my moz1.7 branch builds.
Since that coincided with my switch from gtk1 to gtk2 toolkit builds, I assume
the problem is with the gtk2 f.e.
ctrl+shift+c is let through okay by my window manager (I know exactly what key
combos I've configured it to eat, besides which I've verified with some other
apps [xkeycaps etc] that ctrl+shift+c is getting through to apps as a combo).
'mark all as read' still works fine from the drop-down menu. My keyboard is a
generic USB qwerty.

It's now ctrl-shift-m

Uh, no it isn't. shift-ctrl-m doesn't do anything, and short-cut text in the
menu still says 'Ctrl+Shift+C'
This is the 1.7 branch.

sorry, this is a duplicate. 1.7 branch does not seem to have that patch. so,
unless that patch gets checked in on the 1.7 branch, looks like there's no
keyboard shortcut for that function. sorry.
