I noticed that all my bookmarks whose title contained an apostrophe had the
apostrophe replaced with the string '

I went through my bookmarks and repaired several of the names, but later the
character string returned.

My browser font settings are as follows: Proportional = Serif 16; Serif = Times,
Sans-serif = Helvetica; Cursive = Apple Chancery; Fantasy = Gadget; Monospace =
Courier 13. Documents are allowed to use other fonts.
