The web page http:www.gamespot.com artifacts appear while the page is loading in
Firefox. There is flickering with the pictures jumping until the page has fully
loaded. Also, scrolling down the webpage is slow, if not "sticky". Firefox has
trouble with gamespot.com's game listing scroll bar at the bottom of the page, I
think that is the cause of the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto http://www.gamespot.com/pc/index.html
2. Scroll down

Actual Results:  
Same as described above

Expected Results:  
No flicker, smooth scrolling
