The install for the latest Firefox windows build fails with the error US Region Pack -208 INVALID_ARGUMENTS. After I forceably exit the installer, and launch Firefox, I get the XML error: <menu label="&charsetMenu.label;" accesskey="&charsetMenu.accesskey;" -------^
