When entering newgrounds.com, a largish popup window opens on the bottom right
side of my screen. Since this isn't user-invoked, it should be blocked.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.newgrounds.com
2. See popup


Actual Results:  
Popup advertisement appears.

Expected Results:  
Ad should not appear.

I can't reproduce this, but can you try disabling flash and see if you still get
the popup?  If turning off flash stops the popup, this is probably a dupe of bug
