In this case it's Microsoft Outlook Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Mozilla 2. Select "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Mail & Newsgroups" 3. Uncheck "Use Mozilla Mail as default mail application" 4. Click Ok 5. Click on a "mailto:" link... Actual Results: Error is produced... Mozilla Mail was launched and it shouldn't have been. Expected Results: Launched the operating systems default mailclient, in this case it would be Microsoft Outlook.
