It seems like it should bring up the download manager window when you click on it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start firefox. 2.Download a file. 3.Wait till it finishes, and attempt to click the 'downloads complete' alert when it pops up. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: It should bring up the download manager window.
