Ctrl-Shift-D does not open the bookmark window for bookmarking the current page.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the browser to view a web page.
2. Press Ctrl-Shift-D.
3.  

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. That's it!

Expected Results:  
Open a bookmark window, which is the behaviour in previous versions.

Is some other application perhaps "stealing" the shortcut?
ICQ can do that  (bug 99005)

BTW... doesn't work on Linux either: It's Ctrl+B
If you open Bookmarks menu: Is Ctrl+Shift+B listed as the key shortcut for "File
Boolmark..."?

No, just mozilla running.

I wonder if Ctrl+Shift+D was changed in bug 186789, to become Ctrl+D
Can you please check what the Bookmarks meny actually list as a shortcut?

I'm sorry for not making myslef clear. Ctrl-Shift-D is for "File Bookmark". I've
changed the "Summary" line.

BTW, I've now reverted to mozilla 1.7 and Ctrl-Shift-D now works as usual.

Had to boot XP to see whats happening...

Reporter: The shorcut was changed. If you click "Bookmarks" on the menubar you
will see some additional menu-items listed first.
One of them is "File Bookmark..."
To the right if that line, the current shortcut is written: It is Ctrl+D
NOT Ctrl+shift-D

Dup of bug 186789, where several other shift-key shortcuts were also simplified.
