Details

double clicking on any of the menu items in the menu results in any further
clicks to be ignored until you click on any "system-related" feature of the
browser window (title bar, border, close/max/min buttons, for example).  Then
mouse behaviour resumes as normal.
This is with the M13 build (build id 2000012520)

I think that this could be a dup of bug 17042
