User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 This is a simple (and annoying) issue. Being a power user who does everything with just the mouse: backtracking urls in the address bar by highlight, clicking the curosr at the portion of the url you what to cut swiping the curosor to the right to cut the portion of url doesn't work. The cursor is the black circle with the line through it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Take any url like: http://www.mozilla.org/about/get-involved.html 2. click anywhere in the address bar to highlight the whole url 3. I want to go to just: http://www.mozilla.org 4. while the entire url in 1 above is highlighted 5. insert the cursor before 'a': about/get-involved.html and swipe to the right with the mouse down 6. It cannot be done 7. Other browsers will insert the cursor, lose focus of the whole url and allow you to swipe right and highlight the portion of the url you want to cut.
