After successfully installing an extension from
http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/  in which Firefox open the Extenstions
window for the user, the close (red) and maximize (green) buttons are dimmed in
the extensions window leaving no way to close the window in the GUI (although
command-w still closes the window).  When the Extensions windows is first opened
by the user from the 'Tools' menu, and  the user then install an extension, all
three buttons remain available.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure Extentions window is closed
2. install any extension from http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/
3.

Actual Results:  
close and miximize button are dimmed (unavailable) and do not function (minimize
button remains available)

Expected Results:  
all three button remain available and functional
