After the fix for bug 174265 landed, clearing the cache in FireFox does not
clear the favicon stored for each bookmark

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a site with a favicon, make sure it's displayed in the bookmarks
2. Clear the cache (from Settings dialog)
3. Restart firefox

Actual Results:  
Favicons are still there

Expected Results:  
Favicons should be gone

Bug reproduced on the AVIARY branch (20040724), but could not reproduce on the
trunk (20040722).

Favicons are now part of the bookmark, much like the bookmark title is; the
cache has no effect.  While clearing the favicons is something that some might
want to do, most users would not -- hence it's functionality that will probably
be left to an extension.

It is still a previously existing functionality, that is now broken.

We decided to stop using cache to store favicons as this was a) unstable,
leading to all-too-frequent loss of stored favicons, and b) prevented us from
retaining favicons associated with https sites.

Saying its "broken" implies that the previous behaviour was desirable, when most
 users found it anything but (e.g. "Why should clearing my cache affect the
bookmark icons?").  One man's functionality is another man's bug.

Ok, you're right about keeping the fav icons after deleting mine cache, but living no option to delete them is just ancient! You should make a category for them in delete history...
