I have a Logitech Wheel Mouse but the wheel doesn't work in any window of the program.
Which version of Moz are you using? Possibly a dup of bug 20618
Indeed, possibly a DUP of bug 20618, "mousewheel support doesn't work when Logitechs em_exec is running" peter.aschenberger@jk.uni-linz.ac.at, does any of the discussion there sound familiar? Also, please specify the Build ID of Mozilla that you were using, or say if it was M13.

Get the newest driver from logitech.com, ir worked for me. this should be makred as a dup of bug 20618
