Clicking on a folder expand widget in the bookmarks sidebar causes the
previously selected bookmark to open.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a bookmark in the sidebar to open it.
2. Click on a folder expand widget (not the folder itself).

Actual Results:  
The bookmark was opened in the currently active tab. The folder was expanded.

Expected Results:  
Expand the folder.

If it does not happen "always" but just when the opening of the folder produces
a vertical scrollbar, then it is a duplicate of Bug 237259 .
