Sometimes you have numerous bookmarks in a folder, and you'd accidently pressed
"Open in Tabs" in the folder so it loads many bookmarks at the same time. It's
hangs for a while and quite annoying for users IMO.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the bookmark folder which has numerous bookmarks.
2. Open in Tabs.
Actual Results:  
It loads all the bookmarks.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should prompt a confirm dialog if there're many bookmarks(e.g. 20
bookmarks) would be opened at the same time.

Also ran into this, when opening too many tabs in a bookmark folder, the browser
can be unresponsive for a while. Opera uses a dialog when you want to open too
many tabs in a bookmark folder:

Absolutely horrendous with livemarks when middle-clicked - some news sites may
have over 20 entries which all open at the same time! See
