I'm filing a few enhancement request for the coolest features of the wonderful
TabBrowser Extensions, so that they can be considered for post-1.0 and maybe
voted on.

This request is for "single-window browsing"; it should be possible to switch a
preference in Firefox so that it wouldn't open new windows anymore. When this
preference is on, any request for a new window opens a new tab instead.

It's undetermined whether an explicit user request (eg ^N) should open a new
window or a tab.
